Operations & Development Manager
Brooke has been in management for 15 years and in the dental field for 6 years. Brooke loves to help create a patient focused atmosphere in the office and is excited to have joined the orthodontic and pediatric side of dentistry.
Brooke was raised in Lake Geneva, WI and now resides in Kenosha, WI. Brooke is a mother to two beautiful children: Talyn and Jace. Brooke is also a fiancée to Josh, they have a fall 2018 wedding planned. In her free time Brooke likes spending time with family, gardening, being at the beach and planning the next tropical vacation!
Public Relations Coordinator
Kayla joined the Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry team this Fall. She loves to be involved with the community, getting to meet new people, and sharing what our office has to offer to everyone.
When she's not working, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, and rooting for the Chicago Bears.
Pediatric Treatment Coordinator
Denise has worked in customer service for over 25 years; 13 of those years have been in orthodontics and dentistry. She has always enjoyed working with people; Denise helps our patients have the best possible experience in our office. Helping people and putting a smile on their face is the highlight of her day.
Denise was born in Lake County, Illinois and currently lives in the Northern Suburbs with her husband of 36 years. They raised two children: her daughter is an eighth-grade teacher and her son has a passion for working on cars. Denise's biggest joy is spending time with her grandchildren, family, friends, and her daughter’s French Bulldog. In her free time she enjoys gardening, baking, reading, and vacationing in Jamaica.
Pediatric Clinical Coordinator
Christine has been in the dental field for many years. She graduated from Loyola Dental School with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has worked in all types of dental practices. Working with children has always been her passion. Helping the kids feel comfortable in the dental office is very important to her. She loves interacting with both the children and their parents about the importance of nutrition and dental education.
Christine grew up in Melrose Park and currently lives in Deerfield. She has five wonderful children ranging from ages 25-12 years of age. During her free time, she enjoys working out and staying active. Living a healthy lifestyle is an important part of her life.
Pediatric Dental Assistant
Oliba has been a pediatric dental assistant for four years and she loves working with kids! She enjoys playing a number of roles on the Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry team in both orthodontics and dentistry. Oliba's goal is for each child to have a wonderful experience and that they are as comfortable as possible in the office . One day she might like to become a dental hygienist.
On her time off Oliba likes exploring the city of Chicago with her husband. She is the youngest of five kids, and she loves spending time with her 4 nieces and one nephew. During the summer she enjoys going to Michigan where most of her family lives.
Pediatric Dental Assistant
Vanessa graduated as a dental assistant in 2009. Following graduation Vanessa started assisting, where she found she enjoyed working with children. Vanessa’s goal is to continue to grow and expand her skills as a Dental Assistant while making sure our patients have the best experience.
Vanessa and Douglas have been married for 8 years and have two daughters. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys, being outdoors, traveling, trying new things and spending time with her family and friends.
Pediatric Dental Assistant
Gladys has been working in the dental field for over 18 years but has found her true passion in pediatric dentistry.
Born and raised in Chicago, IL Gladys now resides in Hillside, IL with her husband of 22 years. They share three beautiful children together, ranging from the age of 2-21. Gladys dedicates her free time to family and enjoys anything they can do together.
Pediatric Dental Assistant
Melissa joined Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry in 2016 with 15 years experience in the healthcare field. She studied at Illinois State University and is a graduate of St. Francis School of Radiology. Melissa enjoys working with children and creating a positive, fun and comfortable experience to our patients.
Melissa resides in Deerfield, IL with her husband Ben and two teenage sons: Noah and Ethan. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, working out and walking her dog, Zoe. She loves to travel whenever possible and is always seeking a new and exciting place to explore!
Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Mimma has more than 20 years of orthodontic experience. She has enjoyed working hands-on with Dr. Derek and his patients in the past, and now loves being our treatment coordinator! She really enjoys making people laugh and setting their minds at ease while going through orthodontic treatment. Mimma’s goal here at Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry is to make every experience for her patients a happy one.
Mimma was born and raised in Highland Park, and her fluency in Italian comes from her proud Italian heritage. She and her husband Kirk have been married for 14 years. They have two sons, Renzo and Gianni. Mimma and her family like to travel to Wisconsin on the weekends, where they enjoy boating, swimming, skiing and riding ATVs.
Facilities Coordinator/Orthodontic Dental Assistant
DaLee has been working in the orthodontic field for the past 14 years. She received her training in Okinawa, Japan as a volunteer with the American Red Cross. In our office, DaLee works hands-on with our patients to ensure their comfort and a great orthodontic experience. She loves being a part of our team and learning as much as possible from Drs. Derek and Anokhi.
DaLee and her husband Richard have been married for 30 years. They have two grown sons, Estevan and Emillio, and two grandchildren, Gabriel and Leo. DaLee loves outdoor sports and activities. She is currently a pitcher on a coed softball team, and enjoys woodworking, football, and soccer.
Clinical Coordinator/Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Patricia joined Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry in the spring of 2012, bringing with her seven years of experience in the orthodontic field. Patricia strives to make sure her patients have an enjoyable experience by providing the best dental care, all while having fun! Most importantly, Patricia enjoys being a part of a team that loves to make people smile.
Away from the office, Patricia enjoys playing tennis and volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Rosanna has been a Forest Orthodontics & Pediatrics team member since spring of 2016. Rosanna has been an orthodontic assistant since 2013 and has experience in the Pediatric dentistry field as well. She really loves working with kids and is very happy to see the smiles that our practice creates. In her free time, Rosanna loves to sing and play the drums. She also loves to travel and learn many different cultures!
Patty is excited to be working at Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. She really enjoys being around kids and making them laugh and smile. Being around children has always put a smile on Patty’s face, as well. She is excited to be a part of such a fun, lighthearted environment where there is never a dull moment !
Patty grew up in Highwood and currently lives in Lake Forest. She is the mother to a beautiful little girl named Haylee. Patty loves sharing her passion for soccer and basketball with Haylee and being her number-one fan at all her soccer and basketball games. Patty also shares her heart with her Puggle named Noah.
Anna started working at Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry in February 2013 and loves it ! She really enjoys being around children and seeing their beautiful smiles. Anna looks forward to working with Dr. Anokhi and Dr. Derek for years to come, and helping our patients have a pleasant office experience.
Anna was born in Chicago and grew up in Lemont. She is the middle child of three sisters; her oldest sister is 28 and the youngest is 9! Anna likes to hang out with family and friends in her free time.
Mary has been in the dental field for over seven years and now she is excited to be a part of the Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry team. Mary has enjoyed the switch to a pediatric office and working with the children to provide them with a fun experience.
Mary is a Chicago native and is current living in Des Plaines. During her free time you will find Mary spending time with her family and friends, or maybe planning her next special vacation.
Martha began with Forest Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry in August of 2015. Her previous experience is working in general dentistry for 3+ years in Nevada. Martha enjoys working with children and making everyone’s experience at our office a pleasant one. She loves to see kids smile and have a great time in our office.
Martha moved back to Illinois to be reunited with family. She lived in Las Vegas for 7 years where she met her husband Edgar. They have a beautiful daughter, Leila. In her free time, Martha enjoys spending time with family and friends, any outdoor activities, and working out to stay healthy.
Elizabeth started working at Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry in November 2016. Elizabeth is excited to continue to work in such an enjoyable, bright environment where the patients are top priority.
Away from the office, Elizabeth enjoys finding new places to explore, photography and spending time with her large and loving family.
Bailey made her entry into the field of dentistry in 2016. She is passionate about treating our patients like family and making sure that each visit is the best visit possible.
Bailey is currently attending The College of Lake County’s Dental Hygiene program. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and anything outdoors.
Meghan recently joined the Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry team, bringing with her four years of customer service experience. Meghan loves to make a positive impact on everyone she meets and wants to see you smile!
Meghan has found her true passion in life, taking care of others. When she isn't caring for our patients, she is caring for her four year old son, Brennan-who keeps her very busy.
